Top Hot Dance Club Play Artist, and Top Hot Adult Contemporary Artist, while "Un-Break My Heart" became the Top Hot Dance Club Play Single and the Top Hot Adult Contemporary Track of the year. She won two Grammy Awards; one for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance By 1996, Braxton had sold more than 20 million records; unfortunately, she was still waiting on her financial rewards, eventually launching an unsuccessful lawsuit against Arista and La Face Records. Public reaction to these events was very harsh, having been expressed most clearly in an interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
So yeah unless you are a big fan of TONI BRAXTON I don't think you'll get much from this.
LIFETIME movies like these though all have very strict rules on how the script is mapped out and the performances are always played in a non-threatening PC and PG manner and the cinematography seem to be more or less the same from movie to movie, so there was probably very little V. HALL could (and was allowed) to do to make this stand out.
Good thing is at least that they have the rights to all of Toni Braxton's music, acting is acceptable for a LIFETIME movie but a negative thing is that the lip-syncing is really poor.
Aside from her success in music, Braxton has become a television executive producer and personality, being involved in the 7th season of the reality show Dancing with the Stars and in a reality series entitled Braxton Family Values, where Braxton is Executive Producer and star since 2011 on We TV.
Braxton is also an Executive Producer of the spin-off show, starring her younger sister, Tamar, the Tamar & Vince on WE tv.
